West Pasadena Residents, Linda Vista-Annendale, & Madison Heights Neighborhood Associations teamed up to present the candidates for Mayor and City Council District 6 to talk about issues affecting west Pasadena, such as homelessness, crime, growth and development, reclaiming the 710 stub, affordable housing, public education, and suicide prevention on the Colorado Street Bridge. Candidates Mayor Terry Tornek faces three challengers in the March 3, 2020 election, including District 5 Councilmember Victor Gordo, former City Commissioner Jason Hardin, and businessman Major Williams. In west Pasadena, District 6 Councilmember Steve Madison faces two challengers, attorney Tamerlin Godley and nonprofit executive Ryan Bell.
